About Us

Previously, we have operated as Addax Bank BSC(c) which ceased our banking activities in October 2017. On 14 March 2019, the change in the name from Addax Bank BSC (c) to Addax BSC (c) was officially announced and Share capital was reduced from US$ 81,222,222 to US$ 19,271,205.

Our Investment

We hold a significant stake in a company in the education sector, which operates a number of school and nurseries in the region. Further, we hold smaller share in a number of other investments.
